Hr set up appt fir me to meet with design director. First met met with Hr to review my skills and portfolio to see if it made sense to meet with desgin director. I was able to meet eit DD and it was a very casual and stress free interview.

Interviewer was very kind, polite and on-time. Interview went well and was told my application would be passed along to the team hiring for this position.
Was told by recruiter to add her on LinkedIn, but she never accepted. Sent over a thank you email and never heard back.

Phone interview with HR. I already knew my hiring manager from an internship which helped speed the process. This led for her to reach out to HR for me and set up an interview so I could get hired ASAP.
