Interview
I walked in and filled out their application form. I was immediately given an interview with a floor manager. It went well and I was given an interview with the District Manager. I got a call from the DM over the phone a week later and negotiated my salary in person, on my first day.
The interview process was inefficient, and needlessly long. I spoke to 4 people about the role and it took months, wish the process had been more streamlined and more clarity on timeline.

Interview
It was nice and relax, asked basic questions, and got job offer on spot. I did get referred by a recruiter. No need to stress about it, just be professional and for the dress code I would say casual business.
