The interview process moved quickly. I did a phone interview with HR, which lasted 30 minutes, then the following week had an interview with department manager then VP of production. The interview with the dept manager lasted 45 minutes and the meeting with VP was more of a m&g and lasted 15 minutes. In the interview with dept manager, I was asked about my experience, how my experience reacted to the role, if I had experience with specific fabrics and color testing etc. We also talked about my goal interest, sustainability within the company and ever our dogs! It felt very synergetic. They emphasized this role was for production and NOT design.
