Very informal interview asking general questions about where one sees themselves in the future. Further questions about interest and hobbies. More of a guage to see how sociable a person is to fit into a sales environment
The store manager asked for introduction first and asked some questions regarding to previous experiences. They were quiet kind and explained the main responsibilities of the role and a short description of their ideal candidates.
