WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS - This is my 2nd experience.
1st experience -
This was during June 2019.
Was called in for Senior QA Automation interview.
1. Screening round - MCQs on Java, Agile, Testing concepts, SQL, UNIX. 3 problem statements to code.
2. Tech round - Face to Face - Cleared
3. Tech round - Face to Face - Cleared
4. Hiring manager - I'm leaving for the day, HR will contact you shortly.
1 day wasted. HR ghosted for a week. Came back telling that current position is closed, but you have got very positive feedback, so we will fit you into other team.
Same story again, afresh for the new team -
Interview was scheduled & 2 hours before the interview I got a call stating panel is not available. I had to reappear after 2 days -
5. Screening written test with different set of questions - Cleared
6. Tech - Face to Face - Cleared
HR told that I will have a discussion with hiring manager. Again ghosted for 3 days.
Then I got a reject email.
2nd Experience - November 2020
For Lead Automation QA
1. Hacker rank test - Cleared
HR contacted for details - Ghosted for 2 weeks.
Returned asking for details again & scheduled skype interview.
2. Tech round - Face to Face - Interviewer didn't turn up for 10-15mins.
Emailed the recruiter - No response. Called her up - Cell is switched off. I was about to drop off & the interviewer shows up with video disabled.
Interviewer started boasting about all his rich leading experience (of 6 years career). Didn't have the courtesy to mute the TV. Roommates were shouting at the top of their voice.
He copy pastes couple of questions from Geeks for Geeks/Leet code. Expects me to write 300 lines of code & walks away. No immediate response if I try to communicate.
Returns and says - "I'm done. Do you have any questions".
In spite of reading all the reviews on Glassdoor I attended interview here. My Bad.
Don't waste your time giving interview, if you're reading this review.
