I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rakuten (Tampa, FL)
Interview
Had a total of 3 interviews; an initial phone interview with a recruiter, an on-site interview with four different account managers, and a phone interview with their VP of client services. The interviews were pretty laid back but you have to know your stuff for the on-site. They asked a lot about what I do in my day-to-day and how I handle certain situations. Half of it is seeing if you're qualified to do the job and the other half is seeing if you're a culture fit. Immediately fell in love with their culture. You can tell by the way they talk about each other and to each other that it'll be a great place to work. The last interview is really to gauge how ambitious you are and, again, to see if you fit in with their culture.
The interview process was very unorganized. Horrible communication, trying to communicate with the hiring team is a challenge. However, the actual interview was good. The difficulty was average, nothing too crazy.

Interview
Lighthearted, but makes sure you're up to the job. Interviewers were very clear about the workload and what's expected of you. They take things seriously, but never to the point of being scary, which brings comfort during the interview.

Interview
After 6 months of maddening interview experiences, this process was a breath of fresh air. Very straightforward, no hoops to jump through and a quick process overall. Met with 5 teammates total and had a candid conversation with them, answered typical interview questions and shared my experience. Painless and efficient!
