The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's in Aug 2013
Interview
Very simple. I applied online, within a few days I got a call that they were having a hiring event, got the job within 15 minutes on the spot. I interviewed with the general manager, then a operations manager. They didn't do handshakes, they gave high fives.

Question 1
What do you like about Cane's?
If you don't get along with another employee, what would you do?
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
