I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (West Lafayette, IN) in May 2025
Interview
My interviewer was very professional and her questions were great. She was understanding and patient with me while I was working through my nerves. The staff working seemed to be in great spirits as well. I'm excited.

Question 1
What do I feel is the importance of working with a sense of urgency?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
