      I interviewed at Raising Cane's

      Interview

I had phone interview scheduled, the interviewer called 30 minutes late and was taking care of a personal issue with her home but insisted to continue the interview even though she was in her car not writing or recording any of the information I was speaking on. She then ended the conversation saying she would follow up with email with the next step in the process. I never received the email and after a follow up to see what steps I needed to take I received a general email from the company saying I did not receive the position. I then received another email from the interviewer saying I did not have enough experience needed. I felt as though the entire process was extremely unprofessional, and there are no real effort to learn more about me and how I would fit into the role.
