I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Sept 2015
Interview
I applied online on a Tuesday night and got a call from the manager on Thursday night. My interview was on Friday, and after a few questions the manager told me I got the job. Then I had orientation on Sunday which lasted about 2 hours(you get payed for the orientation!) and then I worked Monday.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
