The interview process was executed well, and each step was organized. I met with several employees, each adding additional information regarding the role. Zoom was utilized for the preliminary stages, and I also interviewed in person.

Interview
The process is extremely disorganized. Overall poor candidate experience and engagement. Raising Canes was always a company I liked. However, the way they treat candidates shows the companies values and integrity. I would not interview again.

Asked about experience. It was more so talking about the company and what they are looking for.
I was specifically ask my desired salary, yet the interviewer didn't have salary target. The state I am in requires companies to disclose at time of interview if asked by a candidate.
