Really poor. 6 interviews, at no point did they contact past employers or references. Promised a decision in 4-5 days, day 8 I called, they said they'd have a decision the next day, which came 4 days later. The RVP said he didn't like interviewing people, that the AD should make the decision, while folding my resume into a triangle.

It was relatively short. They seemed to be looking for someone to work 60 hours a week on a lower salary. It might possibly have been the interviewer's first interviews given as she seemed to read off a cue card.
