I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Waco, TX) in Sept 2020
Interview
I walked in confidently and awaited the manager to come and interview me. I was offered a drink free of charge. It took a little while for them to assist me, but the wait wasn't too bad. I was addressed by the general manager who conducted my interview. He was friendly and energetic and made me comfortable to continue with the interview. He asked a few basic questions and then moved on to the background check and such.

Question 1
Do you know anything about Raising Cane's and what we do?
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
