I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2015
Interview
Fairly easy, first interview went great. I liked the interviewer and she liked me. She told me I was good to go for the next interview two days later and that I would for sure get hired as long as I kept smiling and knew some company history. The second interview came around and I came 15 minutes early and I ended up waiting an hour and a half with no second interviewer coming to see me. All the employees came up to me and we're like "oh yeah, we heard about you, you're definitely going to get the job!". But I was never interviewed, some employees apologized because the interviewer was "busy". I sat there the whole time. I got up and told the person that first interviewed me first that I had to decline. I shook her hand and left. It was very unprofessional of them making me wait an hour and a half. Two hours considering I got there 30 minutes earlier. If they didn't have the time they could have rescheduled and not had me waste my time.
easy interview process questions were not difficult, id say that defintely good for a high school/college position. defienelty dont be too nervous and just answer the questions but also make sure to ask questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
what is your availiability and can you do closing shifts?
It was fun and easy they did it fast they were doing many people they definitely look for people with past experience and good work ethic and full time. It was everything I expected
Asked me basic questions said will get back to me and ghosted for a few weeks to tell me they moved on with another candidate. Said job was entry level but I didn’t meet the qualifications.
