I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Arlington, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview took about 3 days time. I applied online and about 1-2 hours after applying they sent me an e-mail saying I was able to get an interview. The interview was at a hotel, it was simple and everything went smoothly. I showed up 20 minutes earlier then my designated time and they just interviewed me anyways. They said I would get the job at the end after Orange Tree (some kind of company that checks your background) does a background check for me.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
