I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rainbow Shops in Nov 2010
Interview
The initial interview was conducted by the District Manager and lasted approximately 1 hour. I was asked about my past experience in Retail, about my job duties. I had to give the reasons for leaving past employers, and ask what my loss prevention and sales figures where for past employers. After providing reference information from all of my previous employers I was told they would get back to me. After 2 days, I was called and offered the job and given a salary. This salary was not quite what I was expecting, but the District Manager promised that with the potential to make bonuses and their annual salary review and raises it would be equal to my asking salary. I excepted the position and only given 3 days training.
