Interview
I was recommended by a friend, at the time it was the basic walk-in and fill out an application. The applications are now done online, and they have a pre-interview survey that eliminates everyone who doesn't make the basic aptitude/attitude requirements. The actual questions are still very basic. There really wasn't/aren't any difficult questions. It's mostly a process to get to know you to see if you could handle the daily face-to-face with customers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rainbow Foods (Plymouth, MN) in Mar 2014
Interview
fast and easy to answer the questions. As long at you smiled and talked to the person, you will get hired. Easy to find the location and have the job available. Liked the person that interviewed me
