Group Information and individual interview. Individual interview was a total joke! The interviewer was getting ready to celebrate his 7th wedding anniversary and had no interest in conducting a proper interview. He asked me one question about my sales experience and then started to tell me they only had one opening and so many interviewees. He abruptly stopped talking and changed stating "actually" they didn't really have any current openings. It could be 10, 6 or 3 months. I spoke with another candidate who told me that his interview went really well and he would hear the following week. I was encouraged by the recruiter to apply for this position when I really didn't meet the quals. I emailed the recruiter my concerns but didn't hear back until I received the standard "roach letter" today. Either the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing or this is a very sketchy company who walk a fine line with age discrimination. As you can read from other reviews they will take anyone but he was smart enough to not accept a position.

They will call you after you apply to briefly make sure you have a pulse, then invite to a group interview followed by two weeks training in a conference room before getting onto the sales floor. The interview is very easy and anyone can get offered a job as long as you don't swear at the interviewer.
