Interview
The whole process took approximately 5 weeks. I was invited for face to face interview with HR person. Then I was invited for Hearing Interview with the Head of, another manager and HR person, this was about my managerial skills, examples, role play. This was very smooth and pleasant, I did not feel stressed nor the questions were not complicated.
