First a phone call, then professional interview, then hr one. At the phone call we did the first impression, the the asked a algorithm questions and leercode one. Then a logical question.

I applied on their website and I got a call from a recruiter in less than 2 days. First step was completing an OA, that was easy. Next an in person interview was scheduled. The interviewers were nice and asked me about my background & experience, describing features I worked on, data structures and design patterns I used. First they ask an OOP design question -then a DSA Dynamic Programming question (Maximum Subarray), then few questions on multithreading programming in C++. Got rejection email 2 weeks after completing the interview.
