I submitted my resume during an actuarial career fair on campus. After one month, I received a phone call from them to schedule a phone interview. It was a very friendly phone interview. Most of the questions were general questions; however, I was to explain "why I am interested in this position and why them in particular". I received a follow-up phone call to schedule an in-person interview the following day. The in-person interview lasted around 2-3 hours. I talked to two employees at a time (total of 10 people). People who I talked to were basically the ones I would be working with. No hard interview questions; you just had to convince them that you would fit in perfectly with a teamwork mindset. Lastly,they notified me the decision the following Monday.
