Casual and efficient. The call for interview was much later than expected but it still came. Interviewed by 3 managers. Have not heard back about position but hoping for the best.

First was the panel interview with a manager or supervisor from multiple units. During the initial interview, most questions were about personal stuff and why I want to work at Rady. Then got a unit specific interview offer. The second interview was with two managers.
