Pretty simple and streamlined. Standard recruiter call, met with hiring manager, etc. The questions I was asked were pretty straightforward, they did not ask
any situational questions. I worked as a recruiter previously so they were just trying to understand my role then.

Applied and heard back from recruiter a few days days later to set up a call. It was short and sweet, no fluff questions. She was very pleasant and friendly and told me about role, territory, and compensation.
She said I’d hear back within a week after she talked to team and HM. Its been a few weeks now, but never got an email following up or rejecting me.
