I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Radiance Technologies (Beavercreek, OH) in Jun 2019
Interview
Applied online and was contacted directly. Completed phone interview, completed in-person interview, and then was ghosted for the next two months (at the time of this post, so may even be longer by the time i hear anything, if at all..). Was quite surprised since this was one of the best interviews I've had (in 15+ interviews over past few years) and it seemed like the panel was really excited about my background/skills. Just a yes/no response, general timeline, or any other update would have been nice. Ended up taking another offer.

Question 1
What are some items that you believe will be a difficult change from your current engineering position?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Radiance Technologies (Huntsville, AL) in May 2024
Interview
First a chat with the recruiter going over benefits and willing to answer any questions about them, then a panel interview with three team leads from different projects. Interview was a mix of technical and behavioral. The technical part wasn't too in-depth, just questions about the experience on your resume, what you liked and disliked about the technologies you work with, etc. Atmosphere was very relaxed and they were a pleasure to speak to.

Question 1
Tell us about a mistake you made on the job and how you handled it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Radiance Technologies (Huntsville, AL) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very short time from application to interview. Interviewed by a panel of 3 and it was the most challenging interview I've ever engaged in. They can be extremely picky with who they hire so they will be. The questions seemed unreasonably in-depth, considering the position and the typical candidate.

Question 1
The difference between P and NP classes of problems, Turing machines vs FSM's. Things I learned in class, where the class answers were not in depth enough.
Interview process was very quick and easy. It was in-person and you talk to HR as well as technical people. They just go over your resume, go through the job description, and answer any questions you have.
