Pretty easy going. A lot of it was based off of personality, due to the job focusing mainly on patient interaction. The interviewer was a site manager from another location and was pretty nice upon meeting. Asked why the medical field as well.

Asked tell me about yourself, what makes you want this position, Describe a time where you had to deal with conflict, general questions to be honest. My interviewer was very nice, it was around 15-20 minute interview id say.

Interviewed by site manager. Reviewed what stuck out on resume and had an opportunity to expand on the bullet points. Was then asked "tell me about yourself" and that was it.

Initial interview was a short phone call with a recruiter followed by an in-person interview with the manager, the process was very smooth. Was very comfortable throughout the whole process. Hiring manager was straightforward.
