Upon applying for the role, a recruiter promptly reached out to discuss the position and outline the hiring process. I interviewed with the hiring manager, members of the team I was joining (in two separate interviews), and the VP of Talent Development. Midway through the process, a candidate assignment was introduced due to the competitive nature of the role. Final candidates then met with the CHRO.
Although I was not selected for the position I originally applied for, I was offered and accepted a different position with the company. There was some minor confusion during the process, but it was resolved quickly and professionally. The entire process took approximately 5.5 weeks, and communication from the recruiting team was consistent throughout.
