I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2012
Interview
Initial e-mail contact first to request an interview. Follow up phone call from HR scheduling an interview. The interview process is grueling and takes 4 - 5 hours in person. I had a total of 3 interviews over a span of 3 months before I finally received an offer. The teams doing the interview had no idea what the position entailed and did not ask the right questions IMO. It's the worst interview process ever.

Question 1
I was asked to explain the strategy for the project.
So many reviews here mention being ghosted. I took that with a grain of salt and went in with high hopes. Recruiter contacted me, scheduled time and never showed.... TWICE. When I contacted them to ask if the call was still happening, no answer.
Recruiters are often the first impression of the company. When is management going to look at these reviews and take action? Surprised a well known company is operating so unprofessionally.
Very straight forward, lots of people involved, at all levels, made you feel challenged about knowing your stuff and making sure you are a fit. Very comfortable and welcome environment, very fast paced, always looking forward. One of the best interviews I've ever participated in
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rackspace Technology in Jan 2014
Interview
Interviewed by those I would be managing, followed immediately by potential peer interview and lastly hiring manager interview. The process was 3-4 hours long and is a rapid fire group (panel) back to back scenario.
