Somewhat lacked process. Firstly received a automated rejection workflow . 3 weeks later back tracking and received a call from James the recruiter who conducted a telephone screening . All very bubbly promotes RS as an employer brand. 2nd stage followed up by another telephone interview by HRBP. Seemed somewhat in a rush as she squeezed in this call wrapping up before her holiday . Interrupted me whilst answering to basically jump on another call.
To date had no feedback or response !!!!
Come on James surely a rejected automated workflow would have been sufficient.
I am assuming I was unsuccessful so much so for almost 20 years experience in ER Hr. Mind me a blessing seems as if RS is riddled with employee casework .
Treat candidates with respect provide feedback , follow a simple process and mostly be transparent.
