For example, what would you do if you saw your co-worker stealing? I was contacted few days later and offered a position.

It was a normal, professional interview where the questions were fair, relevant to the position, and focused on real workplace scenarios. They asked multiple situational questions to understand how I would respond in different situations, making the interview structured, clear, and job-focused.
