Eerst een CV en motivatie brief uploaden. Vervolgens via picompany een test invullen. En daarna 2 intervieuws en assement dag. Ik vond het zelf een hele fijne sollicitatieprocedure. En de assementdag was een hele leuke inspirerende dag!
Online Application. Online Assessment. First round with recruiter and one team member. Final round includes take home case study presentation and interview with talent manager, finally a speed dating round to talk to the different teams.
There were 3 stages in the application procedure for this position:
Test including reasoning and personality, interview with one alumni trainee and HR, final assessment including 1 min pitch and group game in solving various puzzles.
