The interview process consists of:
1. Uploading your CV and motivation letter.
2. If your CV and motivation is good enough, you will get a call from the recruiter. He/she will ask a bit more about your motivation and why you want to work for Rabo, join the program...etc. At the end, you will be asked to do an online aptitude test. The test mainly consists of inductive, deductive and numerical reasoning.
3. If you score enough on the test, you will be invited for a first interview at their office. You will be interviewed most likely by the same recruiter along with another current/former trainee from the same program. Here, they will mainly ask you about your CV and who you are as a person away from work to get to know you better. Again, motivation is quite important here. It has to show why you are really interested in Rabo and this program specifically.
4. If you make it pass step 3, you will be invited to a final selection day which will involve more interviews and meeting other candidates. I personally never got to this stage so I cannot describe what it is like in more details.
