Interview
First on campus and then a superday with 5 people (2.5 hours long). Great people. On-campus was pretty easy - standard resume and fit questions. It's important to have a reason why Rabo since they focus on the F&A sector in the US. Got called for Superday 3 days after the first round. Superday happened 3 weeks later and got the offer 2 weeks after the superday (kinda slow)

Question 1
Very specific accounting technicals, usual IB questions (DCF, valuation etc.), Case interview, some options questions
There were three total interviews and one timed case study. Mix of behavioral and technical questions. Mostly nice interviewers that seemed passionate about the work that they do. They were responsive and professional throughout the process.

Interview
Applied through career website. After Cv screening you have to complete the online assessment. If the score is satisfying get contacted for a double in-person interview (45 minutes both motivational and technical on accounting and valuation)
Fast and prompt. Got rejected politely. Interviewer was experienced and probed systematically. I couldn't answer everything but the train of thought matters more than giving the perfect answer. I enjoyed it.
