Rabobank Global Traineeship Program interview questions

CV selection , assessment , HR interview and Assessment day. IQ test is quite lengthy. HR interview is the big downside they might have already selected the candidates and then they ghost you. I would prefer to interview with an actual banker and not HR people or inexperienced trainees who just search for the generic silly interview responses. Lengthy process and response (if any) ,not recommended.
