Rabbit Care interview questions

I applied for the International Insurance Sales Consultant position and first completed an online interview. I was then invited to attend a second interview in person in Bangkok. Unfortunately, during the face-to-face interview, I learned that the company does not provide a visa or work permit during the probation period. This is a crucial detail for any foreign candidate and should have been clearly disclosed from the beginning, either in the job description or during the initial interview. During my first conversation, I was left with the impression that visa sponsorship would be provided. Had the situation been clearly explained, I would not have continued with the recruitment process. Regardless of the company’s internal reasons, foreign candidates need complete and accurate information about work authorization before being asked to invest their time and money in the interview process. The lack of transparency made the experience frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend applying for this position without first requesting written confirmation regarding the visa and work permit arrangements.
