You start with introductions, after which they ask you to talk about your profile, and they ask some questions based on what you said and what is in your CV, like previous projects.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RWA RaiffeisenWare Austria (Rumenka) in Nov 2023
Interview
2 rounds of interviews. First one was with HR where they asked about my previous experience, after which they elaborated more about the company. Second round of interview was with HR, the manager and the director. Same procedure as the first interview, something about my past experiences aswell as elaborating on what the company actually does
