It was a panel interview process with three different managers. They all asked questions of different varieties as well as dificulties and scenarios. There were no second or third level interviews just the one and done

Tell me abour your experience with security policies and directives i.e NISPOM
Very easy to apply and once selected for the interview, their recruiters were really nice to speak with. They kept me inform for every part of the process. Even though I wasn't selected they still wanted to receive feedback about what they can do better.
