When did Raytheon move to the HireVue digital interview process? I actually do not like that process at all. I had challenges with setting it up, no interaction with a human - it just takes all the people out of the initial screening process. With the lack of human interaction, I know I messed up the online interview process, so of course I did not move forward... and frankly I am ok with that. I almost declined it because of that. I think companies lose talent when they use AI and online systems to do the initial screenings.
