First round was had prerecorded questions, second round was a live virtual interview. Met with three panels consisting of three people each and interviewed at the same time as 3 other applicants who I met during intermission breakout room sessions

Had candidates make a 3 slide presentation on the global space industry and Raytheon's potential growth in the industry

Question 1
Walk me through your Resume. Why Raytheon? Why the Aerospace industry? Tell me what you think makes a good leader and then give an example of how you are a good leader relating to this example. They ask more questions on how you came up with your research for the case question. Our question was: "with a potential recession on the horizon how would this impact the Aerospace industry and RTX?" They ask if you thought of how it could positvely impact Raytheon. They ask to describe a time you solved a conflict in a group. How did you adjust to school during covid? How do you manage your time with all your extracurriculurs and schoolwork?

Interview
I applied through the my University Careers website. The first interview is around 30-45 minutes and is all behavioral. Different scenarios about leadership and making decisions. The second round, they fly you to a close location to interview at one of their offices and you get to meet other people within the company. Similar questions as original interview and all interviews are more conversations.
