First round interview on phone call, second round interview in person with 4 individual interviewers. Second round include a social network time with the interview before hand and official interviews happen the following day.

Interview
This is very straight forward process. They send you an email, then you go through one screening. After that you get invited to a super day where you have to do a presentation for a topic of their choosing, as well as do more behavioral (2) interviews. They take about 1-3 weeks to get back to you on if you get the job.
