The initial process included being contacted over the phone by the hiring manager which was nice since it was not an HR person who did not know the specifics of the job. I was flown from Colorado to Virginia for an interview which included a room with approximately 20 candidates and 20 interviewers. Three total interviews were performed, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.
