This all took place at a Raytheon hiring event. I originally met with a hiring manager that had flagged me as someone to talk to. After about 10 minutes of discussion, we both determined that I wasn't a good fit for his design-specific job requirements. I then went to the next room where tables were set up with name tags for various areas. I found a table that met my interests and spoke to a Section Manager. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes where I was asked questions about how you test something. I believe the goal was to make sure I understood the processes. At the end of the interview, the manager told me she wanted to make me an offer. It was one of the most efficient interviewing/hiring processes I have ever seen.
