The process was very easy. I received an email about a open house in Texas. I RSVP'd and attended the event. I interviewed with one manager, and was offered a job on the spot.

Interviewed with 2 people over Zoom, they asked all the generic questions about my experience and background. A few technical questions about systems engineering. There were no trick questions and was an open discussion.
