Interview
Initial questions on where I see myself in 5 years etc. Maths and Verbal Reasoning tests followed by a video interview. The interview consisted of 3 competency questions with sub sections.
It was very friendly and conversation-like. The interviewer was gauging whether or not I was an idiot basically. Typical questions you would get at any other interview such as "How do you manage your workload?"
