Multi-stage process to gain a 12-month paid internship:

- Psychometric tests
- Video interview
- Assessment centre
The assessment centre included two interviews, one with a senior manager, then one with a partner. The partner interview started with candidates giving a short presentation.
alright but got rejected. it was in a virtual assessment centre where i had to answer 7 questions and then work in a group for a task and then diary task where i plan my time and days.

Online testing and video interviews are fairly standard, but the final interview is more challenging, lasting a total of four hours.
