I contacted RSJ and applied for a trader position. However, they wanted me as a quantitative analyst. First there was a call about my experience and mostly general stuff. On site interview was with three people at once: Brain teasers and some probability/math. statistics problems. Finally I was asked to pass a psychological/skills test, which took several hours and was quite mentally and physically demanding.
