Similar to other reviews, I was found by a recruiter, followed by 2 interviews. Everything moved quickly and was finalized within a month. The recruiter and hiring managers were kind, professional, and good communicators throughout the process.

Interview process took 2 weeks. I didn't apply but, was contacted directly by a recruiter. After talking with the recruiter I was told they would pass on my info to hiring Manger. The following week I received a call from the recruiter again congratulating me on being selected to the next stage of the process, though I hadn't been contacted yet by RQIP reps as the recruiter stated. Initial interview with the RQIP hiring team (2 people) went well and I was invited to a 2nd interview where a case study presentation would be necessary to present on camera to now 3 hiring managers. I spent hours of my personal time putting together a PowerPoint about a product and process that I have no statistical data to support. I presented my PowerPoint to the 3 hiring managers and answered all follow up questions. I was told that there would be a detailed discussion regarding my candidacy that day and that I would be notifies in 24 to 48hrs with the outcome. I was asked to reach out with any follow up questions and they would get back to me ASAP. I followed up my 2nd interview with a thank you email. No response. I emailed the following day expressing my interest in the role... Still no response. 4 days later I recieved an email from the recruiter (not rqip) that they have decided to not proceed with my candidacy. I had another opportunity that I had to put on hold because I was at the mercy of RQIP'S hiring team. Stop wasting people's time and work because you can't just email back and deliver news that you have decided to go in a different direction. Business is business, but when you are hanging someone's future in the balance, do the right thing and respond to your candidates instead of leaving them on the line wondering.
