RPO interview questions

They scheduled me for an interview without a phone screen. That wasn’t a good sign, but I accepted the interview. On-site I was told after a plant tour that they had no positions open. I was confused as to what I was doing there. Management didn’t seem very well organized or professional. In the end it was a waste of my time that could have been avoided if interviewers had bothered to read my resume ahead of time.
