Friendly. Interview by HR. Introduce yourself. What is your weakness and strength? How to deal with difficult colleques? Given a scenario and you need to prioritize the accomplishment of different tasks.
Answer assessment questions One-round interview with HR (online) Self introduction, asked about previous work experience, and scenario questions. Why do you want to be a lawyer? Why are you interested in our practice area?

Interview
Application form, verbal reasoning test, online assessment day (happened during COVID). The assessment day consisted of a written exercise, discussion on the written exercise, and an interview with a member of HR and senior associate. Interview itself was quite relaxing, they gave me the chance to correct myself when I gave an incorrect answer.
