Interview
A practical technical test, a couple of interviews with the rest of the development team, a couple of interviews with the product managers & design leads. You also get to complete a "polymath" questionnaire which is really an opportunity to reflect over what you hold as important in your life, but also gives your future managers the best insight into your aspirations & qualities. Final interviews with the CFO & CTO. All in all this was all completed very quickly in under two weeks, and pretty efficient.

Interview
I sent my CV and they replied. We did several Skype screens for code tests and general conversation. I was invited for an on-site interview, really liked the place. They are very nice people although very confusing and don't seem to be well organized.
