Waste of time. Honestly, don't work here if you want a fair and competitive salary. If you mention anything about money, they'll think you're greedy - when you have every right to be when you see their "office". It's a small-time agency at a coworking space at shared desks instead of an office.
First phone screen is them trying to lure you into a false sense of security by pretending that ROI Swift is a cool company not like any other agencies. You might think being completely honest about your job situation when they keep pushing you about it will win in your favor, but it won't. If you want a job here, stick to giving an HR friendly answer like most other companies.
You're first asked to provide an audit for one of their poorly ran accounts. Auditing any one of their accounts is horrendous as there are too many problems to point out. They'll ignore any questions you have either.
Then there's a final in-person interview with their team. The interviewers were super unprepared and read off the same script you can find off a quick Google search. After the interview, you feel like you weren't asked any real questions and wonder how they can make a decision based on that experience.
Don't bother with this agency unless you're desperate.
